The YMCA’s mission is to “build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.” When we partner with an owner, their mission becomes our mission. Our goal is to help them achieve their purpose and mission by constructing the exact building that will serve as the bridge from where they were to where they want to be.

Laying the Foundation

The Hutton team worked with the architect and owner side by side to bring to reality the vision and plans that had been commissioned. Our direct onsite experience often allows us opportunities to suggest ways to reduce cost through alternative methods and finishes. We worked closely with the owner and architect to select many options that saved the owner thousands of dollars without compromising quality or function.

The Finishing Touches

YMCAs basically contain all the same elements: Gymnasiums, basketball and racquetball courts, running track, workout rooms, equipment and pools. It is how these elements are put into place that brings the vision and mission to a reality. Thanks to the team partnership, the El Dorado YMCA is a facility that allows all within to build a healthy spirit, mind and body. This open and bright building assists in the process by ensuring a comfortable, beautiful and very functional environment that helps patrons achieve overall health.
