Running the Survey

When Wink Hartman decided to build a new corporate headquarters for Hartman Oil, everyone knew it would be first-class in every way. The new building had to reflect the personality and success of the company and the quality could be no less than first rate. It was a perfect job for Hutton Construction.

Laying the Foundation

Bringing to the project an idea to change the structure to tilt-up concrete, we got involved early and were active players during the planning phase of the job. During construction our on-site supervisor worked hard to coordinate and plan the work, adapting to changes on the fly and always keeping a keen eye on the fit and finish of all the high-end materials and their installation. In the office, our project manager continually updated the project schedule to reflect work completed and that yet to be done. Managing time on a construction project is just as important as managing money.

The Finishing Touches

The designers paid especially close attention to building details. From the copper gutters to the custom wood trim and stone-treaded round stairwell, each piece of the project was scrutinized, perfected and built. The end product is as fine an office as can be found in the region, unparalleled in beauty and quality.
