This trust leads them to call us for their next need, and that call is the best compliment we can receive. We began working with Newton Medical Center in 2003. The Newton Surgery Center is the most prominent of the 19 projects we have completed for them.

Laying the Foundation

The three-story building was designed to accommodate a surgery center, medical office building and tenant space. Many people are served in several capacities in this three-story complex. The owner, architect and Hutton team worked together to plan and build a facility that meets all of the requirements and wishes of the owner and tenants.

The Finishing Touches

Many striking features catch your attention as you approach the building. An impressive white steel canopy embellishes the entrance. The lobby’s steel staircase is visible through a three-story glass façade. A grid pattern is carried throughout the window framework and composite siding. Within the three-story lobby, aesthetic light fixtures are suspended at random lengths from architectural clouds. The use of light, windows, glass, steel and warm finishes all come together and create a wonderful healing environment.
