Running the Survey

We cultivated our relationship with Hutchinson Clinic in 2005 through construction of a new medical office building. Multiple projects later, we are pleased with how the relationship has developed. We believe the keys have been our flexibility with the ever-changing medical field, our exceptional service, our ability to deliver projects on time and under budget and our striving to exceed expectations in all areas.

Laying the Foundation

Our involvement with the owner from the start, before designs began, allowed us to listen to the owner’s needs and desires and incorporate them into the designs. As the project progressed, a few needs changed and we were able to incorporate them all without affecting the budget or schedule. That is one of the key benefits to the Construction Management method. A traditional bid project is budgeting off of 2-D finished drawings making changes difficult to incorporate with minimal effects on the project.

The Finishing Touches

The result of the joint efforts of the Hutton team, the owner and the architect is a very active and functional building. The exterior is striking with its clean lines, square windows and concrete and brick facade. The interior hosts a bright, warm, unrestricted feel due to the many windows. Floor tiles bear random patterns of color while the walls lend natural tones. The complete palette, light and effortless, helps create a friendly, health-giving environment.
