Running the Survey

As with any interior remodel project, it’s critical to maintain service to the public. This requires special attention to phasing and coordination with the owner. With an addition requiring deep foundations, space is always a challenge, but proper planning and execution can overcome those challenges. The Crestview Country Club expected ambiance and style, along with consideration for cost management.

Laying the Foundation

The owner could not accept cutting off access around one side of the building, so we developed options that allowed that access yet addressed safety considerations as the project got under way. As plans developed, our staff worked hand-in-hand with the architect and owner to help ensure that costs aligned with project goals, including using alternate methods and materials when necessary for budget considerations. Pre-construction meetings with the subcontractors to review scope, expectations and potential problem areas once again paid off in overall lasting quality.

The Finishing Touches

From granite counters to tile flooring inlays to the hand-finished wood ceiling beams, the richness of the setting is astounding. With the feel of a sports bar as the centerpiece and accented custom-made granite fireplace with a suspended steel and lighted glass exhaust hood, there's no better place to unwind after a round of golf. The dining experience is just as exquisite. Close scrutiny to details and lighting for both an adult dining area as well as the Men’s Grill resulted in cozy settings in both areas and a comfortable atmosphere throughout.
